Thank You to our 2024 Golf Tournament Sponsors
Without the support of such loyal donors, our mission would fall short. Thank you to everyone who has believed in this mission of influencing kids through athletics. We believe that kids, of all socio-economic backgrounds, should have the same opportunities to play sports and to engage in activities that make them feel confident.

Coaches’ Training
A Coach will impact more young people in a year than the average person will in a lifetime
We provide various leadership and coaching clinics that will help these coaches become better at what they do on a daily basis. We want to continue growing our organization and provide a greater number of positive role models that will teach our youth to become future leaders in our community. Leadership Development will be geared towards any coach, parent, or person desiring to make a positive impact in children’s lives.

The Wes Welker Foundation began the four-year implementation of the ELEVATE program in all middle and high schools in the Oklahoma City Public School District in 2014. Focusing on positive character traits, student-athletes and coaches discuss the importance of these traits through weekly meetings and award presentations. Student-athletes are awarded “C3” (Character + Competence + Consistency) medals to those who exemplify a specific designated trait.
