Application Instructions

If your school or organization would like to apply for a grant, please read through our Grant Requirements page to see if you qualify. After carefully reading the grant requirements, please fill out the following application below. Please submit your application along with all applicable materials either online or by mail.

*Please note* The Wes Welker Foundation awards grants only to 501(c)(3) organizations and educational institutions within the Oklahoma City limits or the Oklahoma City Public School District.

We accept applications twice annually. If you submit a grant application after one cycle has closed, your application will be considered and reviewed during the next cycle. This schedule aims to conform to school semester schedules.

All grants must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by the deadline dates listed below:

Fall Cycle: Application Deadline – September 15

Spring Cycle: Application Deadline – February 15
